How do I find my CTS ID?

How will I know that my registration has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your request is being processed, but please contact our Customer Service Team if this is not the case (details above).
What does the PPG Distributor Partner Portal contain?
The Portal contains the tools your customer services, sales and marketing teams need to stay up to date with the latest product launches and access to tools and information to help put you in the best position to grow your business as a PPG Refinish Partner.
I cannot find the material that I am looking for on the Distributor Partner Portal, how can I get what I need?
Our Distributor Partner Portal will continually grow over time along with PPG Refinish meaning literature, information and products are created day in day out to support your business. Please contact our Customer Service Team so they can assist with your request, we will then review the content to be uploaded to the Distributor Partner Portal for future use.
How do I reset my password?
There is a “Reset Password” option at the bottom of the “Log In” window. Follow these steps to generate a temporary password email that will then be sent directly to the registered email address.

Our Distributor Partner Portal is available exclusively to existing PPG customers but please contact our Customer Service Team on becoming a new PPG Partner. Following your call, they will pass your details onto your local PPG Manager who will contact you shortly after to discuss your future as a PPG Partner.
