If you are able to provide your CTS ID then the registration process may succeed automatically, and within an hour or two you should be able to login, with the username and password combination you created.
If you do not know your CTS ID, an email will be sent to our customer service team, who will create your account on the system manually, which may take longer for us to process.
If you don't hear from us within 24hrs, and you are not able to access the site with the email and password combination you provided, then please contact us, so we can investigate and resolve the problem for you.
